Meet Devin
Devin is an entrepreneur at heart. You will rarely find him sitting still, unless he is also researching DIY projects or monitoring the market. Devin has 15 years of construction and handyman experience, including considerable knowledge of plumbing, electric, structural soundness, building codes, roofing, sprinkler systems... and more! If you have questions while viewing homes or while prepping your home for a smooth sale, he's your guy! Devin was raised here in Clayton, WA. He has spent the better part of his career serving Washington and Idaho as a wildland firefighter. Devin's hobbies include bush craft camping, hunting, home renovations and DIY projects, and spending time with family and friends.

Having been raised by a small business owner, Rachel is a go-getter at heart. Rachel grew up in Deer Park, WA, and loves our beautiful state and the diversity it offers. She has experience in mortgage lending, finance, sales, and marketing, complementing Devin's hands on experience in construction. Rachel's experience allows the team to offer strategic support and direction to buyers in navigating negotiations, understanding the lending process, and helping find a home that best fits their desires as well as their budget. When it comes to selling your home, Rachel's experience in marketing helps deliver a comprehensive plan to ensure your home hits the market in style. Rachel truly loves and delights in all things homemaking, health, and outdoors! In her spare time, you will find her cooking, drinking tea, reading, and enjoying the outdoors with loved ones.
